Presented by Miss Morris - Tori Furhman
Abigale will be performing her talent on the electric violin. She has played the acoustic violin since she was 12, and purchased her own electric violin three years ago. She has enjoyed playing for the University of Minnesota Orchestra and in a quintet (she sure knows how to keep busy)! Abigale enjoys playing the electric violin and loves the 50 different amplifier settings which allow her to set the sounds and vibrations in a way that captures the true emotions of a piece. Aside from performing her talent on the Miss Minnesota stage Abigale is looking forward to getting to know her Northern Lights princess and hanging out with her throughout the week. She likes the mentoring opportunity that this program provides for young girls and enjoys being their role model. This year we will be going to the Crayola Experience at the Mall of America with the Northern Lights Princesses and Abigale could not be more excited! She is also looking forward to taking her final walk in evening gown with her little princess.
After the pageant Abigale looks forward to her favorite post pageant snack, trail mix. As her list of allergies limits her choices she makes her own trail mix which includes; raisins, M&M’s, cashews, and oats (If I’m lucky she might share)! Both Abigale and I tend to go to bed early and keep things very organized, (our rooming situation should work quite well) but in order for Abigale to get a good night’s sleep she needs the room to be pitch black. She accomplishes this by wearing sleep makes, most of which I have been informed, have crazy designs or witty phrases. I look forward to rooming with Abigale and sharing many experiences with her and the other contestants throughout the week of Miss Minnesota!
