Lindsey Juarez Ramirez is a junior at Crown College, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business with a minor in Marketing. As an advocate for inclusion, Lindsey uses her CSI: All Voices Inclusion and has partnered with organizations like Special Olympics Minnesota to create safe and welcoming spaces where everyone feels heard, valued, and empowered, regardless of background or ability.

Growing up, Lindsey and her brother faced significant challenges. They were made fun of at school for their cultural differences, and her brother was made fun of for his learning disabilities. These experiences chipped away at their self-confidence and sense of belonging. Lindsey felt like she had no voice. Instead of giving in to the exclusion, she rose up and used her voice. This led her to create All Voices Inclusion—a platform designed to provide safe spaces and empower voices.

Lindsey believes true change occurs when communities unite to listen, learn, and support one another. Motivated by her personal journey, she has made it her mission to help others discover and use their voices. She hopes to inspire others to rise up for change by advocating for those often left out. Whether through her work with the Special Olympics Minnesota, All Voices Inclusion, or her ongoing studies and volunteer efforts, Lindsey is committed to creating a world where every voice is valued. Where every person, regardless of their background or ability, can live confidently, knowing they belong.

Beyond her advocacy work, Lindsey is a dedicated nursing assistant, providing care and compassion to those in need. She also volunteers with the Special Olympics Minnesota, helping create an environment of inclusion and support for athletes of all abilities. As a big sister to five younger siblings, Lindsey is constantly inspired by their energy and growth, which fuels her passion for creating a more inclusive world.

Lindsey enjoys reading and dancing in her free time—two passions that have shaped her life. She has developed a deep love for the arts as she grew up. Lindsey has performed in several musicals during high school, including a special opportunity to perform at the Orpheum Theater in Minneapolis through the Spotlight Program. Whether on stage or immersed in a good book, Lindsey finds joy in creatively expressing herself.

Lindsey also has a calico cat named Blair, who loves to curl up next to her and cuddle after a long and busy day. Lindsey is driven daily by her mission to lift others and create safe spaces for those who feel excluded. She believes that when we rise together, we create a world where all voices truly belong.
