Morgan Mohler is a graduate from Viterbo University with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. She currently works as an Associate Clinical Research Coordinator in the Center for Multiple Sclerosis and Autoimmune Neurology (CMSAN) at Mayo Clinic Rochester.
While at Viterbo University, Morgan made her mark in every department she could. She was involved in a plethora of activities including softball, choirs, science clubs, Service Saturdays, and working various work study jobs within student life and musical theater. In the following years, Morgan expanded on her love for music by joining the renowned show choir, Platinum Edition, and pursued student affairs by leading freshman orientation groups, programming events with Weekends at VU for students, and becoming a resident assistant. Besides her on-campus involvement, Morgan launched an online social retail business that allowed her to maintain financial freedom. At Viterbo, Morgan strived to be her best mentally and physically while cultivating the amazing experience she was enduring for all students. After graduating a semester early in December 2021, Morgan pursued several career avenues including social retail, non-profit work with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and food science with Watkins Company before finding her newest home with the CMSAN at Mayo Clinic Rochester. There, she works diligently to keep accurate documentation, schedules, and communication efforts. She also interacts with patients to communicate and offer the clinical research studies available for them. While Morgan has just started in this position, she is excited to experience the coordination side of research tracking studies from start to finish while offering countless patients a glimmer of hope moving forward in life navigating their diagnoses. During her junior year of college (2020), Morgan was empowered by others and officially decided to pursue the Miss America Organization. While the timing wasn’t quite right due to the pandemic, Morgan never gave up on her ambition to pursue a title. Based on her experiences of homesickness, close family losses, physical setbacks, and development of severe anxiety, Morgan dug deep into her desires knowing what she overcame in 2018-2019 and who she is now. She created Living LIFE Limitless to encourage those who are feeling lost to flip the script and decide they were made for more and can accomplish all they set out to. As Miss St. Croix Valley, her mission is to teach others how to achieve their dreams and goals no matter the circumstance(s). In Morgan’s free time, she loves to bother her rabbit Snuffles, play games, and spend time with family. She stays active by coaching softball, playing sand volleyball, and exercising at the gym. If you actually see Morgan relaxing, she’s probably writing in her planner what she wants to accomplish next, reading a book that likely has some encouraging content, or watching a show to make her brain relax for just an hour or so. |
