After competing for the title of Miss Minnesota and then volunteering several years at the local level, Megan is now excited to be a part of the Miss Minnesota Family. The core values this organization stands for are values that Megan finds significance and importance in. She used the scholarships earned to graduate from the University of Minnesota, and is currently the Director of Sales for a local Minnesota business with national retail partners. She accredits her career accomplishments to the interview skills and confidence she gained while competing in the Miss Minnesota program. After winning the Overall Interview Award, Megan knows there is no boardroom meeting that will be tougher than that of the Miss Minnesota Interview!
Megan has continued her service work over the years and is currently an Adoption Coordinator for a local Animal Rescue and pursues her community service in numerous ways throughout the community. Megan is excited to work with the Social Media team. She is passionate that opportunities are presented to the young women of the state, so they, too, can gain confidence, scholarships, and valuable life skills. Reach Megan at: |
