Pricing and ad dimensions are below:
Full Page (7.5” x 10”) $250
Half Page (7.5” x 5”) $125
NO QUARTER PAGE ADS WILL BE ACCEPTED
NO HALF PAGE VERTICAL ADS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
DUE DATE
Ads are due on or before March 20, 2020.
You may upload and pay for your ad page(s) at this link.

FILE FORMAT
Preferred format is print-ready PDF. 
We also accept EPS, PSD, and INDD files that have been packaged to ensure all images are included and all fonts are either embedded or outlines. 
NOT ACCEPTED FORMATS: Microsoft Word or Publisher files.

COLOR
Ads should be submitted in color.

DESIGN
Ad pages can be designed at your discretion.  
You may get your ad designed through Miss Minnesota for $50 by emailing  [email protected]. Please make arrangements for this service at least 2 weeks before the due date.

NOTE: If your ad comes with spelling errors or other corrections needed, we will notify you. However, if we do not receive your corrected copy by the time the program book is sent to production, your ad will NOT be printed and you will be issued a refund AFTER the state pageant is held.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made three ways:
1) Credit Card payment on this page

2) Send Payment to us, payable to "Minnesota Educational Scholarship Fund, Inc." (MESFI) to be received by March 20. Please see mailing address below.

3) Present your payment to your candidate by March 20. Candidates will will turn payments in during the Official Miss Minnesota Orientation.

Each ad should be labeled with candidate name and title. 
​No ads will be printed without full payment.
We prefer ONLINE payment.

​Payment for ads in the form of a check should be made payable to Minnesota Educational Scholarship Fund, Inc. (MESFI) for the total amount due for ads purchased (no refunds given.)
