Compete at State Competition with an
Ambassador or Festival Title You already have!

We are excited to announce we are accepting Ambassador or Festival titles for the 2025 Miss Minnesota & Miss Minnesota's Teen Competition. If you have previously competed and understand how the competition works; or if you prefer to prepare for the competition independently, competing with an Ambassador or Festival title you currently have, this might be for you.

Exciting Bonus for All MISS Candidates!

Each Miss contestant who or comes in with an at large title will receive a
Scholarship to an 8-week Dale Carnegie Leadership Training Course.


Value: $1995

Steps to Register to Compete with an Ambassador or Festival Title

​1)  MISS AMERICA PROGRAM SIGN UP   
​If you have already done this, you may SKIP this step.
Every candidate now must first sign up with Miss America for a fee of $39.99. This gets you into the system and you will receive news and information to keep you up to date with Miss America as you begin your journey!  Once you have paid the $39.99, you are eligible to sign up as an ambassador or festival title.  The $39.99 is a one time fee, and expires at the 2025 state competition.   After that, you must pay it again for the next competition season.  It is a yearly fee.

2)  2025 STATE COMPETITION REGISTRATION (YOU MAY RECEIVE THIS LINK ONCE YOU PAY THE $39.99)
​If you have done this already, again, you may SKIP THIS STEP.

Now that you are signed up and have paid the $39.99 fee, you are eligible to compete in Minnesota.   Please notify us what title you are coming in as for festival so that we may create a special link on the registration site.  Once that is completed, we will notify you - then you do the following:
  • ​Complete the information on this page, and check the title you are coming in under
  • Complete the information and submit.
Register for the State Competition

​3) PAY THE 'Ambassador' or 'Festival Title' ENTRY FEE* (payment portal below) TO COMPETE AT THE STATE COMPETITION.  The Entry fee is $700
Once you have paid your entry fee, you can download all of the paperwork and get started!

​4) Register for the American Heart Association
~ You must sign up and pay $30 as a local Festival title
~ You must raise $300 to compete at the state competition.

When You Compete with an Ambassador or Festival TITLE:
  • You become an official member of the Miss Minnesota Class of 2025 and will compete for Miss Minnesota June 15-20 at Treasure Island Resort & Casino in Welch, Minnesota.
  • You make your own decisions regarding your Community Service Initiative, your paperwork, wardrobe, talent, etc.
  • You enjoy a fun week of events with your sister titleholders, leading up to the competition!
  • You compete for the state title, and if you win, you will go on to compete for Miss America
  • You are eligible to apply for and win additional Scholarships at the State Level
  • You pay an ENTRY FEE of $700
  • You receive a scholarship to a Dale Carnegie Leadership Training Course. (Value is $1995) 
  • Contestants will be charged a $100 meal fee and a $100 room fee (with roommate)
  • Private room will cost $650 if a contestant wishes to have her own room
  • Additional fees apply, and will be emailed upon request

FAIR AND FESTIVAL TITLE HOLDERS
Contestants who hold Fair and Festival Titles are allowed to participate at the State level provided they adhere to the same guidelines as stated above, however the Fair & Festival must be a one-time event where the representative does not go to compete for another title within the Fair & Festival program.  State Board makes the final determination. The titles for the contestants need to be consistent with the mission of Miss America.
