How To Participate

October 2 - 16
​Enter Your Photo 
$10 Entry Fee

From October 2- 16, upload a photo of your pet, 
or if you are a Minnesota Northern Light "little sister"
a ​costume photo of you and your pet)!
​It's a $10 entry fee per photo to join in the spooky fun!
Let's Get Started!
​First pay the $10 entry fee. Secondly, complete the form and upload a photo of your favorite furry (or non-furry) costumed pet, or better yet showcase the purrr-fect pair of Minnesota Northern Lights and pet together! Be sure to give us your participant's name and tell us about the costume! You can submit a .JPEG or .PNG. Pet photos are to be submitted between October 2 and October 16th at 11:59pm. Please submit only 1 photo for your pet.  If you have more than one pet, they must be entered separate, not together!  Voting will begin on October 17.

If you have more than one pet, you may enter them all, but must pay for each entry!

Minnesota Northern Lights pay for each photo entry also.
Important:
​No pets or humans can be in distress in your photo.
​Live pets only (meaning not stuffed)!

From October 17 through midnight on October 31, you can vote for your favorite pet! Votes are $1 each
On October 17th voting begins!
The costumed candidates will be posted to our social media pages and website and families can share the post to their Instagram and Facebook pages as well.

We will post the link where you can cast your vote starting October 17.

  • Tag us on social media @missMNOrg and use the hashtag #MissMNHalloweenPets​
  • Votes are $1 each and you and your pet fans can vote as many times as you want!
  • Winning Pet will be announced on Halloween!
