We are excited to kick off our first annual Miss Minnesota Halloween Pet Costume Contest! If you are following Elle Mark, you know that she is the proud pet parent to her dog Willmar Taffy.

Since Elle can't pass up a chance to do something fun with her pup, the Halloween Pet Costume Contest was launched!

Join Elle this month for some spooky fun and create the perfect costume for your pet child!! Instructions are below.

How To Participate

October 1 - 16
​Enter Your Pet

From October 1 - 16, upload a photo of your pet! It's a $10 entry fee to join in the spooky fun!
Let's Get Started!
First pay the $10 entry fee. Secondly, complete the form and upload a photo of your favorite furry (or non-furry) costumed pet! Be sure to give us your pet name and tell us about the costume! You can submit a .JPEG or .PNG. Pet photos are to be submitted between October 1 and October 16th at 11:59pm. Please submit only 1 photo for your pet. Voting will begin on October 17.
Important:
​No pets can be hurt or in distress in your photo.

Cast Your Vote

From October 17 through midnight on October 31, you can vote for your favorite pet! Votes are $1 each
On October 17th voting begins!
The costumed candidates will be posted to our social media pages and website and pet-parents can share the post to their Instagram and Facebook pages as well.

We will post the link where you can cast your vote starting October 17!

  • Votes are $1 each and you and your pet fans can vote as many times as you want!
The pet with the most votes will receive a $50 Chuck & Don's gift card, and bragging rights as Miss Minnesota's best Halloween Pet Costume!
