"Sister to Sister" is a new Miss Minnesota Alumnae organization made up of all of our former Miss Minnesotas. It will be a vehicle for the former title holders to offer their talents to create a stronger program. The former Miss Minnesota's will be honored at a kick off reception on June 9, 2013 - at the start of pageant week. All 22 contestants will be on hand as well as our current Miss Minnesota, Siri Freeh. What a great way to start out Miss Minnesota week! |
You are cordially invited to attend the first ever Crowns and Gowns Gala, taking place at the beautiful new Radisson Blu Hotel at the Mall of America on Friday, June 14, 2013. This event is presented by the Sister to Sister Organization. Highlights of the evening include welcoming our three Miss America’s, Gretchen Carlson, Dorothy Benham and BeBe Shop. We will have the anniversary Miss Minnesota’s crowns and gowns on display as well as the Miss Minnesota portrait gallery. There will be a silent auction and a lovely program featuring all 22 contestants in our first ever “Show Us Your Shoes” parade. This will also be our opportunity to say farewell to Siri Freeh, who has represented us so beautifully this past year.
