About the Pageant

Miss City of Lakes is held in conjunction with Miss West Metro as an Open Sweeps pageant. Participation is open to all contestants who are not current titleholders in the Miss Minnesota system, who have previously competed in a Miss Minnesota Local Pageant, and who still meet all the eligibility requirements set forth by the rules of the Miss America Organization.
