Become a Miss Outstanding Teen Contestant
Miss Minnesota's Outstanding Teen Pageant (Ages 13-17)
To compete you must:
Residency Requirements: Contestants must have residency for 6 months prior to competing in their first local pageant. Residency is defined as the primary address where you physically live. You may be asked to present proof of residency of you have recently moved.
Areas of competition include: Judges Interview (8 minutes), Talent (90 seconds), Fitness Routine, Evening Gown/On Stage Question and Academic Achievement. Each contestant must also have a service platform they will advocate during their year of service. Contestants are asked to raise $100 for Children's Miracle Network to compete in their local pageant and $250 to compete at state.
Contestants in Miss Minnesota's Outstanding Teen program can compete by winning a local Outstanding Teen title in one of the official local pageants throughout Minnesota. Contestants may also enter "at large," which means they can select a title associated with where they live or go to school. There is a fee to compete "at large" and the local title selected must be approved by the Outstanding Teen Director, Diane Buszta.
